2024 saw the wonderful reintroduction a competition choir to our school. Cór na Chroí has been put together by Ms Claire Gilmartin and Ms Laura Cahill, and the students experienced their first competition in May 2024 at the Navan Choral Festival. The choir comprises 32 members from all year groups, from first year right up to sixth year.  The name ‘Cór an Chroí’ was chosen for the choir as the heart is one of four symbols within the Loreto School crest. The Hearts of Jesus and Mary within the crest symbolise their constant love for us.We wish the girls and their mentors the very best wishes for the future, and are extremely proud of the superb talent we have in our school community.
